Bee Café — Department of Health

Second branch of the Zayed Higher Organisation's Bee Café, run entirely by Emirati baristas of determination who take orders, brew specialty coffee and handle payments themselves. Staff are trained to serve at a patient, unhurried pace, and the small government-building setting stays quiet outside peak hours.
