We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the “PDPL”) and its implementing regulations.

7. Cross-border transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so in accordance with the PDPL, ensuring an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss, including access controls, encryption in transit and restricted, role-based access to sensitive data such as certification evidence.
