Autism-Friendly UAE is a parent-focused directory of places, centres and activities that welcome autistic people across the United Arab Emirates. Listings are gathered from public sources and refreshed automatically, and may be suggested by users and reviewed by our editors.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any information — including operating hours, fees, certifications, contact details or suitability for a particular child — is complete, current or error-free. Always contact a venue directly to confirm details and suitability before visiting. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Service does not provide medical, therapeutic, educational or legal advice. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals regarding your child’s needs.

Some features, such as saving favourites and rating places, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

You may submit place suggestions, ratings, notes and certification evidence. By submitting content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to share it, including any documents and images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your content to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading or fraudulent.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others.
• Is defamatory, offensive or unlawful under UAE law.
• Contains personal data of third parties without their consent.

We may review, edit, reject or remove user-submitted content at our discretion, and suggestions appear publicly only after editorial approval.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under UAE law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute listings on a large scale without permission.
• Submit excessive or automated queries that may degrade the Service.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics and editorial content, is owned by or licensed to Autism-Friendly UAE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share individual listings for personal, non-commercial use provided you do not modify the content and retain attribution.

The Service contains links to third-party websites such as Google Maps and venue websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Autism-Friendly UAE and its editors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any listing. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
